01 — Choose
Choose the default pass for your group. You'll set the group size and each attendee's pass on the next steps.
02 — Group leader
As the group leader, we'll send the invoice and group invitation links to you.
03 — Attendees
Provide each attendee's email — we'll send each one an invite link to fill in their own details. Email is optional; if blank, the link goes to you.
04 — Participation
These selections apply to the group leader. Each attendee will set their own preferences when they confirm their invite.
In addition to the main conference, let us know which optional activities you plan to attend.
Select at least one. This helps us size the rooms and shape the sessions around your group.
05 — Review
A final look before submitting.
Registration is confirmed only once full payment has been received, or once the conference secretariat has approved a complimentary or invited registration. Delegate rates are per person and quoted in US dollars.
Cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat. Refunds are calculated on the date the written cancellation is received:
Registrations may be transferred to a colleague from the same organisation at no charge up to 7 days before the conference. Bank charges and payment-gateway fees are non-refundable.
The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme, speakers, venue, or format where circumstances require. Such changes do not entitle a delegate to a refund.
If the conference is cancelled by the organisers, registration fees will be refunded in full. The organisers are not liable for travel, accommodation, or any other costs incurred by delegates.
By attending, delegates accept that the conference is photographed and recorded, and that images and recordings may be used in conference and partner communications.
Delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. The organisers may refuse admission to, or remove, any person whose conduct is disruptive or unlawful, without refund.
Delegates attend at their own risk. The organisers accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained during the conference, except where caused by their own negligence.

The International Conference on Inclusive Insurance 2026 (ICII 2026) is organised by the Munich Re Foundation and the Microinsurance Network together with the host-country partners. Together they act as the data controllers for the personal data collected during registration.
We collect the details you enter on the registration form: your name and title, contact details, organisation and position, country of residence, the conference activities you select, and any dietary, accessibility, or special-assistance information you choose to share. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
Your data is used to administer your registration, produce your badge and invitation letter, plan sessions and catering, support visa applications where requested, and communicate with you about the conference.
Data is shared with the co-hosts, the conference secretariat, and service providers acting on our behalf (venue, badge production, and email delivery). Your name, organisation, and email appear in the official participant list shared with co-hosts and partners. We never sell your data.
Registration records are retained for up to three years after the conference for reporting and audit purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting the conference secretariat. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
For any data-protection question, or to exercise the rights above, contact the conference secretariat.
Drop us a line and we'll get back within one business day.
